A Passion for Opportunity

Two years ago, a group of individuals with a common passion began talking about what we could do to help increase diversity in the creative industry. Our mission was to develop an awareness of design/creative careers among minority students to encourage diversity within the profession and keep creative talent in Milwaukee. This year, with the help of many individuals and organizations, we were able to stop talking and start doing. And we are committed to growing the OnRamp program in other cities across the country for many semesters to come.
