Duane Seidensticker, MIAD

Duane is the Director of Career Services at Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD). He is a founding member of OnRamp and serves as treasurer.

Andrea Kahn, The Novo Group

Andrea Khan started her career in Marketing Communications for DISH Network and now has over 10 years of marketing and sales experience. Andrea believes giving back to her community is one of the greatest gifts she can teach her 19-month-old son, Tariq. Andrea currently serves on the board for PEARLS for Teen Girls as well as On Ramp.

Joel Richter, Hanson Dodge Creative

Joel is a designer and production manager at Hanson Dodge Creative, where he has been employed since 1995. He is a founding member and vice president of the OnRamp board, and is actively involved with Common Ground. With a degree in studio art from NYU, Joel is also an avid photographer and painter.

Dawn Finnegan, Z2

Dawn has more than 25 years of experience in brand marketing. She is a founding member of the OnRamp program and a former staffer at Hanson Dodge Creative. Dawn is currently serving as vice president of client services for Z2 Marketing.

David Thomas, MATC

David teaches at Milwaukee Area Technical College in the Visual Communications/Computer Graphics Degree program.  His classes cover the basics of web design, digital video, Flash and the business side of graphic arts.  When out of the classroom he enjoys community involvement and wilderness canoeing, camping and hiking.

Kate Barrie, C2

Kate Barrie graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2000 with degrees in Psychology and Child/Family Studies. She is the Training Solutions Specialist for C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions and has been involved with the OnRamp committee for the past year.

Paul Hunsicker, Kindred Marketing

Paul is vice president of business development at Straight-Up Inc. and a fulltime Lumberjack at Kindredmarket.com. Paul has worked on eCommerce, wholesale and retail apparel projects since 2000 for companies large and small.

Jonathan Gundlach, Hanson Dodge Creative

Jonathan graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1988 with a degree in fine art. He is a manager at Hanson Dodge Creative where he has been employed since 1997. He is married to his wife Mary Kay and has a young son, Sam. An active member of the OnRamp board, and a strategy team member of Common Ground, he is also an active photographer and painter. Marty Ellery, Nelson Schmidt

Marty has over 20 years of experience in media relations, new product launches and corporate communications/reputation management issues. Prior to joining the agency world, Marty was a producer and director for Los Angeles PBS affiliate KLCS. Marty is currently vice president public relations at Nelson Schmidt and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Bob Stocki, MATC

Bob has been involved in graphic design in the Milwaukee area for over 35 years. Formerly computer services director at Hanson Dodge Creative, he has been teaching graphic design at MATC for the past 15 years.
