Andrea Khan, Board Chair of OnRamp

Andrea Khan started her career in Marketing Communications for DISH Network and now has over 10 years of marketing and sales experience. Andrea believes giving back to her community is one of the greatest gifts she can teach her 2 young boys. Andrea currently serves on the board for PEARLS for Teen Girls as well as On Ramp.

Joel Richter, Hanson Dodge Creative

Joel is a designer and production manager at Hanson Dodge Creative, where he has been employed since 1995. He is a founding member and vice president of the OnRamp board, and is actively involved with Common Ground. With a degree in studio art from NYU, Joel is also an avid photographer and painter.

David Thomas, MATC

David teaches at Milwaukee Area Technical College in the Visual Communications/Computer Graphics Degree program.  His classes cover the basics of web design, digital video, Flash and the business side of graphic arts.  When out of the classroom he enjoys community involvement and wilderness canoeing, camping and hiking.

Paul Hunsicker, Kindred Marketing

Paul is vice president of business development at Straight-Up Inc. and a fulltime Lumberjack at Kindredmarket.com. Paul has worked on eCommerce, wholesale and retail apparel projects since 2000 for companies large and small.

Jonathan Gundlach, Hanson Dodge Creative

Jonathan graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1988 with a degree in fine art. He is a manager at Hanson Dodge Creative where he has been employed since 1997. He is married to his wife Mary Kay and has a young son, Sam. An active member of the OnRamp board, and a strategy team member of Common Ground, he is also an active photographer and painter. Temo Xopin, OnRamp Program Module Instructor

Temo graduated from Milwaukee Technical College in 1999 with an associates degree in commercial art. He worked as a designer and art director in several ad agencies and design studios in Milwaukee and New York before opening his own studio, “Spanglish” in 2005. Born and raised in Mexico City, Temo has been exposed to a variety of cultures, which has given him the opportunity to grow and learn more about the U.S. multicultural society, which has been a niche market for his studio.

Romke de Haan, Spreenkler

Romke de Haan is President of Spreenkler Creative, a Milwaukee-based interactive design and marketing agency that hires college students and recent graduates to provide them with real-world project experience. Romke joined the Spreenkler Creative team in August of 2010, bringing with him thought-leading technical and creative experience from the nation’s most dynamic agencies. Most recently, Romke has worked as Technical Architect at Hanson Dodge Creative in Milwaukee and Senior Presentation Layer Developer at Razorfish in Chicago. As an alumnus of HomeBoyz Interactive, a program that works to reduce gang violence by preparing youth for information technology careers, Romke was instilled with a passion for working with at-risk youth. As President of Spreenkler Creative,he is able to combine his valuable experience and his passion for working with youth to innovate and improve the Milwaukee region.
